Educational Qualification

• For different posts, different qualifications are mentioned in the notification of the army recruitment rally Kerala and the minimum qualification to attend the Kerala army recruitment the rally is 8th standard.
• Soldier General Duty (All Arms): SSLC/ Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following the grading system, a minimum of D grade (33- 40 marks) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade
• Soldier Technical: 10+2 / Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.
• Soldier Technical (Aviation/ Ammunition Examiner): 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.
• Soldier Tradesman 10th Pass: Class 10th simple pass. No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% marks in each subject.
• Soldier Tradesman 8 the Pass: Class 8th simple pass (for Syce, House Keeper & Mess Keeper). No stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored min 33% marks in each subject
• Soldier Tech Nursing Assistant/ Nursing Assistance Veterinary: 10+2/Intermediate Examination pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and min 40% in each subject. OR 10+2/ Intermediate pass in science with physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English min 50% marks in aggregate and min 40% in each subject.
• Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management: 10+2/Intermediate Examination Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, and Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and 50% in each subject. Securing 50% marks in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Books Keeping in class 12th is mandatory

• Another post: 17 ½ -23 /Born b/w 01 Oct 97 to 01 Apr 03

• Soldier General Duty, Soldier Tradesman: Height (cm) 166, Weight (kg) 50, Chest (cm) 77 (+5 CM expansion)
• Soldier Technical, Soldier Tech Nursing Assistant: Height (cm) 165, Weight (kg) 50, Chest (cm) 77 (+5 CM expansion)
• Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical: Height (cm) 162, Weight (kg) 50, Chest (cm) 77 (+5 CM expansion)
