Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2021 Age Limit

(i) For SSC(Tech)- 57 Men and SSCW(Tech)- 28 Women. 20 to 27 years as on 01 Oct 2021 (Candidates born between 02 Oct 94 and 01 Oct 2001, both days inclusive).

(ii) For Widows of Defence Personnel who Died in Harness Only.

SSCW (Non-Tech) [Non-UPSC] and SSCW(Tech) - A maximum of 35 years of age as of 01 Oct 2021.

Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2021 Educational Qualifications

Candidates who have passed the requisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of the Engineering Degree course/ Graduation in any discipline are eligible to apply. Candidates studying in the final year of the Engg degree course should be able to submit proof of passing the Engg Degree Examination along with mark sheets of all semesters/years by 01 Oct 2021.

For Widows of Defense Officers:

SSCW (Non-Tech) (Non-UPSC): Degree in any subject

SSCW (Tech) -28: BE / B.Tech in any engineering field

Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

The chose applicants will get the salary as for the position they have gotten. For the Lieutenant rank, the salary will be Rs.56,100 – Rs.1,77,500. For the COAS rank, the candidates will get a salary of Rs.2,50,000/-(fixed).

Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

1. Shortlisting of Applications: Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix the cutoff percentage of marks for each Engineering discipline/stream without assigning any reason.

2. Interview: Only shortlisted eligible candidates depending on the cut-off percentage will be interviewed at one of the Selection Centres viz. Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), and Kapurthala (Punjab) by Psychologist, Group Testing Officer, and Interviewing Officer. Call Up letter for SSB interview will be issued by respective Selection Centres through candidate’s registered e-mail id and SMS only.
