Vacancy: Storekeeper

The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities for the storekeeper job description are:

• Able to manage Stores in Multiple Locations
• Able to Manage Transportation of furniture and item Asset inventory.
• Able to Communicate with multiple departments, Vendor and Stakeholders,
• Take delivery of all receivables, Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
• Ensure the accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
• Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
• Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and takeout items from the store.
• Responsible for packing, labeling, and returning supplies.
• Responsible for stock rotation and coordinating the disposal of surpluses.
• Oversee the handling of the movement of equipment from the store.
• Manage supplier receipts and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships internally.
• Responsible for the transfer of damaged items back to the store.
• Daily, Weekly, monthly, and Annual inventory reports.

Storekeeper Requirements- Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Education: To obtain the job of a storekeeper, applicants are required to have at least a High School diploma or similar
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Facilities management store or similar
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Energetic: The job of a storekeeper requires some physical labor, so it is vital that they can lift 20 kgs boxes.
